We’re looking for our next Product Manager, B2B Deposits. Could It Be You?
As the "Architect of Liquidity," you build for the balance sheet rather than the app store. You
own the B2B/Institutional product shelf, acting as the primary owner for the Funding API — the infrastructure that allows institutional capital to flow into our ecosystem programmatically to fund lending products and bank operations.

• You are an architect of liquidity. You don't just manage deposits; you actively design the mechanisms (constructs) that allow us to intake billions from our B2B deposit partners.
• You own the P&L and Financial Strategy. You are accountable for the end-to-end P&L, including revenue targets, margin management, and cost analysis. You prepare financial forecasts and recommend strategies to aggressively grow market share.
• You own the APIs. You have the technical acumen to design and maintain the suite of APIs that allows B2B deposit partners (trusts, wholesale banks, wealth platforms) to inject capital into our ecosystem programmatically, with zero manual friction.
• You design Scalable Pricing. You develop pricing models and exception frameworks that adapt based on partner usage, market yield curves, and competitive benchmarking.
• You understand the Dealer Ecosystem. Manage the integration with Fundserv and Nominee platforms to ensure seamless settlement for our partners.
• You are a financial engineer at heart. You are constantly exploring new funding vehicles and distribution channels to diversify our funding sources beyond standard retail deposits.
• You are the guardian of Total Deposit AUA and Cost of Funds. You work directly with Treasury to analyze the yield curve and optimize our deposit mix, ensuring we are acquiring the cheapest possible capital to maximize the margin on our lending book.
• You define the Target Operating Model. You don't just launch a product; you design the service and operating models that ensure internal teams can support B2B partners post-onboarding.
• You understand Ledger Logic. You have a deep understanding of how interest accrual, settlement, and reconciliation work within a Core Banking System.
• You understand CDIC Trust Logic. You architect the systems that track Beneficial Interest for Nominee accounts, ensuring our partners’ clients are always fully protected.
• You manage Risk & Policy. You own the product policy suite, ensuring risk assessments are documented and control measures are implemented to mitigate operati
