POSITION TYPE: 12-month

START DATE: Immediate Hire

COMPENSATION: $50,634 - $59,494, Home Office Grade 3

THE OPPORTUNITY

YES Prep Data Collections team needs a detail-oriented Data Partner, with a diverse set of experiences to make our mission a reality. As a YES Prep employee, you will achieve jaw-dropping results, create pathways to opportunity for our students, build transformative relationships, and eliminate educational inequities to advance social justice.

To put it simply, you will coordinate and support data collection by monitoring, partnering and supporting campuses’ data entry, training and reporting district Public Education Information Management Systems (PEIMS) data, and ensuring student and business data complies with Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements. The close partnership with campus will ensure the accurate and timely collection of district data.

THE ROLE

When you join the YES Prep team, some of the exciting work and responsibilities will include: 

Campus Data Intervention(Leadership)

• Collaborating with Home Office data owners to eliminate errors and missing data;
• Identifying work that impacts campus data accuracy and delegate accordingly to campus personnel;
• Maintaining registrars and operations coordinator informed on new requirements and deadlines;
• Ensuring district’s data integrity and accurate state reporting;
• Work closely and partner with District Registrar in order to maintain campuses in compliance;
• Maintaining a constant communication channel between the Home Office and campus operations stakeholders that ensures alignment with actions and progress;
