Community and Partnerships Manager

We're looking for a Community & Partnerships Manager to grow and engage our founder ecosystem. You'll build relationships with founders, startup communities, accelerators, universities, and ecosystem partners while leading community initiatives and events across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the 16VC founder and startup community.

• Develop partnerships with accelerators, incubators, universities, and ecosystem organizations.

• Plan and execute founder meetups, webinars, networking events, and community programs.

• Manage community communications across social platforms and newsletters.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support founders and strategic partners.

• Track community growth, engagement, and partnership outcomes.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in community management, partnerships, business development, or the startup ecosystem.

• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience organizing events and managing communities.

• Passion for startups, venture capital, AI, and innovation.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30–40%) to support community activities, events, and partner engagements across the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Preferred: Experience working with startups, venture capital firms, accelerators, or founder communities.
