Here is what we do: Closing the Loop with Channel Control Merchants

• Rate of pay $11.00 per hour
• Paid weekly

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Stocking hardline merchandise to the sales floor at a pace consistent with company expectations
• Utilizing correct safety barriers while stocking during operating hours
• Placing correct signage after a stock has been placed on the sales floor
• Utilizing proper signage during the stocking process
• Recovering the hardlines area during each storewide recovery call
• Condensing hardlines merchandise to make space for incoming hardlines merchandise
• Provide customer service throughout the department as needed
• Complete hourly cleaning of restrooms as assigned
• Maintain backroom organization consistent with company guidelines

• Ability to listen and comprehend instructions
• Ability to multi-task while operating in fast-paced retail environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for extended hours, up to entire shift
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Frequently lift items over 20 pounds
