Ultimately, the service delivery manager works to maintain good customer relationships and improve the company's services to maintain customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Your main duties will be to:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain strong customer relationships and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction.
