Job Summary
As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for selling dental surgical products across the Southern part of New Zealand. This autonomous position allows you to work from home while representing a reputable brand in a high-performing territory.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve territory sales targets for dental implants, prosthetic components, biomaterials, digital solutions, and related products
- Develop and execute territory sales plans
- Identify growth opportunities and convert new implant users
- Increase implant case volume among existing customers
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, promotions, and commercial agreements within company guidelines
- Account Management: Maintain and grow strategic accounts, Build long-term customer loyalty, Understand customer business drivers, Develop account growth plans
- Customer Acquisition & Territory Development
- Prospect and acquire new implant dentists and practices
- Segment customers by implant potential and develop tailored strategies, following global and local strategy guidelines
- Training & Education
- Organize and support self-initiated education activities (study clubs, seminars, lunch and learn)
- Educate customers on new products and technologies
- Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact for customers
- Resolve product, delivery, and service issues
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate internally with customer service, operations, finance and marketing
- CRM & Business Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Provide accurate sales forecasts
- Marketing & Event Support
- Support congresses, exhibitions, and local events
- Identify speakers and key opinion leaders
- Drive attendance at educational programs
- Support product launches

- A person with a positive mindset, full of energy and passion
