The F100 Materials Integration team is a small team that provides support to the broader F100 program.  We create and manage digital tools, manage virtual plants in SAP that support multiple customers, track monthly metrics, and analyze complex data sets to answer business questions.  Each team member has an assigned principal responsibility but is expected to provide bench depth and coverage as needed.  As such, this is an excellent role to gain a wide range of experience and exposure to the program as a whole.  This F100 Integration Manager role will be focused on Special Allocation plans, DPAS compliance, managing the Repair Details Plant, and monthly metrics and reporting.

What You Will Do

  • Create and maintain special allocation plans for critically constrained F100 parts.

  • Coordinate with operations to ensure DPAS compliance for shared value streams.

  • Continuous schedule alignment of repairs pool 1411 to track MRO team supply and demand.

  • Execute orders and request for quotes for repairs details in support of repairs business at MRO.

  • Managing and optimizing repairs target rotable material pool that supports maintenance turn-time requirements, while minimizing inventory, and meeting MRO repair dates.

  • Trending of repairs scrap rates for repair parts pool 1411.

  • Run monthly metrics process including analysis to determine actions to improve on KPIs.

  • Ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to support business processes and prep for meetings.

  • Optimize processes by tracking issues and identifying areas for improvements.  Drive continuous improvement utilizing CORE tools.

  • Document standard work (SW) and work step instructions (WSI) detailing F100 materials processes to avoid turnbacks and promote learning across the organization.

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal are required for handling requests through a shared mailbox.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • BS degree

  • 8 years of business experience or 5 years with an advance degree

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Degrees in Business, Supply Chain

  • Familiarity with DPAS policy

  • Expertise with SAP

  • Experience with Oracle/ODM

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Access)

  • Familiarity with Qlik and Business Objects

  • SQL or other query language experience

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
