🚀 What you’ll be doing:

Support HR administrative processes, including employee data and records management

Support recruiting and hiring activities

Contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives

Assist with the coordination and execution of employee surveys

Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives

You are currently studying toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Languages:
fluent in German & English

Salary for a fulltime position (40hrs/week) starting with monthly EUR 2.005,27 gross
