The Supervisor DME oversees the day-to-day operations of the Grove Home Medical Equipment business. Defines and accomplishes goals and objectives, achieves departmental budgets, develops and enforces policies and procedures, determines standards of quality and excellence, and ensures outstanding customer satisfaction. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.

The Supervisor DME responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 

* Manages departmental staff, including hiring, staffing, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed. 

* Assists in development of departmental business plans and fiscal management operations. 

* Manages operations of the retail stores, timely home delivery of equipment, and ongoing equipment maintenance with the objective of providing outstanding customer service. 

* Assures accurate and timely billing and prompt collections. 

* Oversees equipment with focus of keeping minimal equipment on hand and purchasing equipment at the best price available. 

* Assures compliance with state and federal DME/HME rules and regulations. 

* Manages and develops processes to collaborate with care providers at IBMC and ISMC and works with the INTEGRIS Pharmacies to coordinate delivery of respiratory products and medications where possible. 

* Interfaces with INTEGRIS regional DME companies to insure coordination of processes and procedures. 

* Works with INTEGRIS Marketing to develop new referral sources and business lines. Reports to the Admin Director of Outpatient Pharmacy Services and DME/HM, and Anticoagulation. 

This position will have a strong relationship, though not direct reporting accountability, with the INTEGRIS Chief Compliance Officer and the INTEGRIS Vice President of Outpatient Care Delivery. It will also have a strong relationship with our director of sleep centers and the sleep center medical director 

This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Potential for bodily injury related to lifting. Exposed to constant interruptions and/or noise due to close proximity to workers.

* Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare field from an accredited college or university. 4 years of Home Medical Equipment work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 

* 2 years of supervisory and budget preparation/fiscal management experience. Experience should include the application and interpretation of HME/DME rules and regulations. 

* Brightree experience and Microsoft Office applications experience preferred 

* Billing experience preferred 

* This position requires the incumbent to operate a INTEGRIS owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver's License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to the INTEGRIS insurance carrier. 

* Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written). 

* Experience in setup and billing of CPAP and non-invasive ventilator equipment. 

* RRT certification is a plus but not required.
