As a division of a large, privately held consumer packaged goods organization, our Mount Prospect location offers the financial resources and agility to remain flexible and responsive to changes in the marketplace. Within Accounting and Finance, you may have the opportunity to collaborate with our financial planning and analysis group to support four of our key business units and shared services departments with internal and external financial reports, forecasting, and the business-planning process.

Job Description
- Support recruitment marketing efforts in the areas of job advertisements, email marketing, social marketing and overall Bosch Brand awareness
- Partner with key stakeholders to create engaging and relevant content for recruitment ads, job postings, the Bosch careers site and social channels to attract talent & build a pipeline of diverse talent
- Track and report on talent attraction and sourcing metrics
- Research & identify key partnerships and opportunities to promote Bosch’s employment brand to diverse talent pools
- Support our TA Coordinators during high volume weeks with candidate communications, onboarding activities & orientation as needed
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited HR or Marketing program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA required
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Consistently demonstrates professionalism while having a positive and solution-oriented approach
- Maintain confidentiality of department and associate information according to established practice
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and in-platform editing preferred
