Responsible for administrative duties associated with the juvenile diversion program. Covers juvenile division main reception area and acts as the first point of contact for the Office of the District Attorney.
Covers main reception area of the juvenile division
- Acts as first point of contact for the Office of the District Attorney
- Answers incoming calls to the juvenile division and screens calls according to established procedures
- Provides information to callers and/or directs calls to appropriate staff member
- Greets the public as they enter the building and directs them to the appropriate location and/or staff member
Provides administrative support for the juvenile diversion program
- Meets with program applicants and explains application process
- Processes incoming applications
- Performs data entry tasks
- Completes background check on applicants
- Assists coordinators with various administrative tasks
Provides general administrative support for the juvenile division
- Acts as administrative assistant to the Deputy District Attorney
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications: Two years related experience
