They bring expertise in the areas of merchandising and analysis.As an Associate eBusiness Manager, you’ll assist your manager in ecommerce strategy, profitability, execution, product content, site search, web analytics/user behavior, and manage special projects as assigned.

- Minimum age 18 (mandatory) - Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or comparable experience- 2+ years of merchandising experience- Experience in online merchandising or marketing (preferred)Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an eBusiness Manager at H-E-B?- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong verbal / written communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Ability to problem-solve at strategic, financial, and tactical levels- Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment- Ability to work / lead / resolve issues cross-functionally- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / tasks- InitiativeCan you...- Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays
