Shift: Monday - Friday 1st Shift 

Position Summary: 

This hybrid role supports a high-profile facility in the interactive entertainment industry, where innovation and confidentiality are key. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks while also assisting with select cleaning duties to ensure the environment remains safe, functional, and presentable. The role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can balance technical responsibilities with general upkeep in a fast-paced, creative workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, and building systems
  • Support general cleaning duties including floor care, trash removal, and restocking supplies
  • Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment serviced
  • Communicate effectively with site contacts and ABM team members regarding job status and feedback
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ABM standards
  • Provide guidance and support to team members when the Supervisor is present
  • Report performance or operational concerns to the Supervisor
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism in a confidential, creative work environment

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older 
  • Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license 
  • High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of prior HVAC or mechanical technician experience is preferred 
  • One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience  is preferred
