Account Service Representative (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the daily processing of incoming requests received directly from the shareholder through multiple mediums including the call center, relationship manager requests received through the issuer, or direct shareholder correspondence that is received through the incoming mail.
• You will be responsible for the thorough review of the incoming requests and processing of such requests as outlined by the SEC rules that regulate the processing of these items.
• You will be  responsible for the determination of escalation needs on items to be processed.
• You will be responsible for account maintenance activities in addition to sensitive financial related account updates.
• You will require client facing activities including writing return letters and other correspondence items directly to the shareholder.
• The associate will also be responsible for the processing of incoming projects received from various business partners when required.
• Imaging/Document Management: Individuals hired for this segment of the business will be responsible for the daily processes in the imaging and document management (inbound/outbound) mail for BCIS. The processes in this area are highly regulated by the SEC and have various SLAs and turn round times based on the different documents received. Documents received are have highly sensitive personal information (PII), can contain significant monetary value in securities and checks.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of the Transfer Agency business
• Working knowledge of SEC regulations
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• BS degree a plus

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $16/hr - $18/hr.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
