The Mission
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably within IT and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Your Assignment
- Oversee all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams, planning and execution of projects, conducting regular touch-points, and coordinating account-related activities as needed.
- Runs large-scale programs and projects, including complex dependency mapping and management of a large number of stakeholders.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Leverages the tools and techniques required to run large-scale programs and support enterprise-level customers.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against milestones, using KPIs and reporting tools to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Develops dashboards and reports aligned with customer reporting requirements.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
- May contribute to the onboarding and interview process for other PMs within the portfolio.
Your Qualifications
- At least 8 years of proven experience in a client-facing Project Manager role, preferably in cloud consulting or related services
- Managed technical projects that consist of 5 or more people and over $500,000 budget
- Ability to leverage multiple Project Management methodologies and/or approaches to drive the best Client experience (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting management to drive accuracy in revenue projections to realization
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects and ensure they are executed with excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level
- Experience managing projects involving AWS cloud services, including cloud migration or transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, application development and/or data engineering disciplines
- Experience working in a client-facing environment
- Experience working in consulting or professional services
- Cloud certification such as AWS Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals

Base Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $133,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
