Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to join the Design and Construction team at our Saxony Hospital. 

This position will support the Fishers Community Impact Project which is a $300M program that benefits the Fishers Community. This position will support one of the multiple projects that is actively in construction. This person will be responsible for the construction to activation of the project.  Leads and directs construction projects up to $10 million, with primary emphasis on projects of less than $1 million. Accountable for program development, budget, schedule, and management of project team for projects assigned. Supports the design that cares for the whole patient; mind, body and spirit. Provides input into the design and execution of projects that address the safety of patients, staff, visitors, and construction workers in keeping with IU Health's mission of promoting community wellness. Serves as a resource to entire Facilities Department providing technical knowledge and expertise in the requirements of construction management. Negotiates and manages contracts. Ensures that all construction documents and required recordkeeping is maintained appropriately.

• Bachelors Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or other related field is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Professional Engineer is preferred.
• Requires knowledge of business, management, finance and project cost control techniques.
• Requires comprehension of applicable regulations, such as the NFPA Life Safety Code, ISDH Regulations including the AIA Guidelines for Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities, International Building Code and Americans with Disability Act.
