Systems Analyst - Salesforce Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Systems Analyst with deep Salesforce expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll leverage your analytical capabilities to shape and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive system specifications and documentation
• Create detailed ERD diagrams and Use Case documentation
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and document system integration workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems analysis
• Proven experience working with Salesforce
• Strong background in writing detailed system specifications
• Expertise in creating ERD and Use Case documentation
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex systems

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certification or relevant coursework
• Systems Analysis certification or extensive training
• Relevant degree (not mandatory)
