- Analyze financial, sales, marketing, and operational data to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.
- Build automation and AI-enabled analysis.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers across functions.
- Work with teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.
- Support data cleaning, validation, and documentation.
- Work alongside founders to drive company direction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (data analytics, statistics, economics, engineering, computer science, or similar) — completed or in final year.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data (AI, spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools).
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and derive insights.
- Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership in a startup environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL, Python, or BI Tools
- Understanding of Machine learning and AI concepts
- Ability to solve complex problems
