The Work You Will Do:
Financial Services Analyst- District Six – This position will perform contract funds management tasks, review contractual documents, perform audits of cost reimbursements invoices and back up the payroll duties by using statewide and agency unique accounting systems.

Anticipated Pay:
$1,082.80 Bi-weekly
A Competitive Area Differential (CAD) additive will be added to your salary based off of the number of hours worked. The pro-rated (CAD) amount will be calculated from $1,248.00.
Your Specific Responsibilities:
Coordinate all Contract Funds Management (CFM) activities in a timely manner by updating the status of contracts in CFM verifying that an approved funds encumbrance was received before the execution and/or begin work dates of the contract and that all relative information is correct. Research any problems and take corrective action as necessary.
Audits and processes complex contract payments. This includes tasks such as: reviewing contract payment requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms and Florida Statutes, Florida Administrative Code, directives, policies, procedures and generally accepted accounting principles.
Audit electronic contract invoices and review new contracts, processed in the Consultant Invoice Transmittal System (CITS), for mathematical accuracy, and compliance with Florida Statutes, and Department of Financial Services and Department of Transportation policies a
