Who will you be working with?
The kitting organization works to deliver quality material, in a safe manner, to meet all customer needs and expectations. You will interact with our customers
and supply chain, to be their advocate and problem solver, to meet those expectations. We look to implement best practices across our organization,
and to be best in class, in the successful operation of our worldwide warehousing and distribution network.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Materials Kitting Team, you will be responsible for the Lead Material Planning and Execution Specialist for Scheduling and Inventory will schedule and expedite customer orders to align with operations. Prepare and update inventory forecasts to align with business goals. Manage material planning, processes, and systems.
What do we want to know about you?
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Materials/Manufacturing).

What will your typical day look like?
- Review Erie and TX production accuracy to Oracle weekly and adjust/level schedule or work with production teams to prioritize/expedite.
- Collaborate with BLs to level load and monitor cab line schedules when necessary to align with production/labor capacity.
- Work with customers to understand short-cycled orders in order to prioritize and plan within existing production schedule.
- Maintain and update planning parameters in the ERP system where necessary to facilitate successful execution.
- Monitor and communicate on time delivery of the organization.
- Forecast inventory for the business unit and collaborate with corresponding cross-functional contributors.
- Optimize inventory through projects and process improvements.
- Manage obsolete material and assist
