Requirements: Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months. If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months. Location:  Siloam Springs Feed Mill, Siloam Springs, AR                         Schedule:  Monday‐Friday 7:00 am‐5:00 pm, including holidays and weekends.  Work schedule is subject to change based upon production needs.

Position Summary:

• This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing all mill equipment.  Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Must be able to read, write, and have simple math skills. Must have good oral and written communication skills; legible handwriting is a must.  Must have valid driver’s license.  Must be willing to obtain a forklift certification and a hot work certification.  Specialized equipment training (tractor and lawn mower) will be required.  Basic computer skills for operating TMCS. Experience with 480 volt and 3 phase motor wiring, gearbox installation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance on all mill equipment including record keeping. (40%)
• Repair and maintain all equipment in the mill. (30%)
• Troubleshoots mechanical devices regarding the mill equipment.10%
• Utilizes computer based preventive maintenance program with equipment histories to write work orders and ensure completion of scheduled maintenance and/or repair work. (10%)
