LOCATION:  Green Bay

STANDARD HOURS:  40 hours per week. Typical hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Flexibility required to include other evening and/or weekend hours, as necessary.

PAY RANGE: $22.09 - $24.69 per hour

*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY

Work with the project managers to provide technical and limited administrative support to the project team. Manage limited scope projects through the lifecycle including, scheduling, budgeting and cost management, and quality management. Coordinate various tasks involved in the implementation of a project, like organizing, recorded keeping and creating presentation items for meetings. Assists construction project managers with preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications. Assist all aspects of the project lifecycle of multiple construction initiatives aimed to expand, remodel, or retrofit existing campuses and regional learning centers.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Provide conceptual designs and space planning using AutoCAD software.

  • Updating and maintaining all campus plans and evacuation maps.

  • Assist in maintaining space inventories.

  • Provide administrative support.

  • Organize, attend, and actively engaging in stakeholder gatherings.

  • Interpret and explain plans and scope to stakeholders in execution of small projects.

  • Requisition supplies or material to complete construction projects.

  • Complete scope determination, drawings, and budgets for limited scope projects in the capital budget process.

  • Create and/or assist in moving plans for construction projects.

  • Prepare presentation materials required for stakeholder meetings.
