Summary

The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for managing smaller-scale, faster-moving technology initiatives across GDI’s enterprise technology portfolio. This includes delivering working technology products such as new application features, system enhancements, integrations, and platform upgrades that require focused execution but do not warrant the full overhead of a Tier 1 or Tier 2 project process. The end result of every initiative is a functioning technology product that solves a real business need.

This role serves as the “fast lane” for ETI delivery moving work from intake to completion efficiently, with just enough structure to ensure clear scope, managed risk, and reliable delivery. The Product Delivery Lead owns the full initiative lifecycle, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This is an individual contributor role. It does not directly manage staff but operates across cross-functional teams, coordinates with vendors, and works closely with the Director of Enterprise Technology Portfolio & Delivery to ensure alignment with broader ETI priorities and governance standards.

Location: Remote, United States; strong preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone

Salary Range: $80,000 - 110,000

This salary range represents a good faith estimate of the compensation for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data
