Job Description
Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Principal Inbound Product Manager to lead our developer studio low-code product area. This role is pivotal in driving the evolution and adoption of our low-code platform, enabling developers and non-technical users alike to build applications and workflows that transform their business operations. You will be at the forefront of the no-code/low-code revolution, shaping the future of how applications are developed and delivered.
What you get to do in this role:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our Developer Studio low-code platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and stays ahead of market trends.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver compelling product capabilities that enhance user productivity and satisfaction.
Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand their needs, workflows, and pain points to inform product decisions and innovations.
Collaborate with outbound product management and product marketing to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition of our low-code solutions.
Analyze competitive offerings to ensure our low-code platform remains competitive and innovative.
Act as an evangelist for the Developer Studio product, representing ServiceNow at industry events, conferences, and with the media.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and associates, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Champion a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and approaches to problem-solving.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
12+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on software development, low-code, or platform-as-a-service (PaaS) products.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies and roadmaps in the low-code or application development space.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, modern development practices, and the evolving landscape of low-code/no-code technologies.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams towards a common vision and objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization and with customers.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
