Teladoc is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Compensation to partner with our business leaders and HR Business Partners to help design and lead cutting-edge incentive programs. This strategic and creative position involves everything from developing new performance enhancing total rewards tools to serving as the subject matter expert on compensation to the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leader and partner in developing, implementing and administering compensation policies and programs
- Reviews and participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position
- Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices. Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems. Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment
- Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.
- Evaluates the organization’s jobs and grades
- Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organization’s pay programs
- Manages annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets
- Supports annual compensation, including annual market pricing exercises, salary increase cycles, bonus plan administration

Qualifications Expected for Position
- 8+ years of experience
- Experience developing programs from scratch (or close to scratch)
- Preferred pre-IPO and post-IPO experience
- Creative, innovative thought partner
- Strong experience with analytics
- Track record of working with confidential data or information with discretion
- Preference for candidate to be in the PST
