General Summary:
Directs planning and implementation of marketing programs within the guidelines of federal, state and local laws, and office, division and college policies and procedures. Reports to the vice president for enrollment and dean of admission and financial aid. Works with the admission team, staff, faculty, students, and both on and off-campus constituents. Remote flexibility 1-2 days out of the week depending on the role's demands for that day.

Essential Job Functions:
- Provides strategic marketing direction for and communicates on behalf of the Enrollment division across all modes (print, digital, etc.) for all undergraduate enrollment audiences.
- Maintains and enacts comprehensive enrollment communications plan to all relevant audiences (including prospective students, parents, school counselors, independent consultants and campus audiences).
- Implements communications plans and analytics benchmarking within Slate CRM system.
- Evaluates, directs and liaises with marketing vendors and external media, including creative services, lead generation, student search and advertising services to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget and within marketing strategy.
- Crafts value-add content for social media, blog, media outlets and digital marketing campaigns to increase engagement.
- Promotes the web presence of the enrollment division, implementing SEO best practices and conducting competitive analysis.
- Designs engaging print and event marketing collateral tailored for diverse audiences.
- Utilizes data analysis from Slate CRM, Google Analytics and other available data sources to inform and guide marketing decisions.
- Collaborates with the college's Office of Communication and Marketing to develop creative concepts that address marketing challenges and reinforce SUMMIT and the Agnes Scott brand.
- Supervises and cultivates current undergraduate students as enrollment marketing assistants.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years professional marketing experience, including management experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with project management and budget management in a deadline driven environment.
- A demonstrated ability to finish projects on time and under tight deadlines, and to keep several jobs moving forward at one time.
- Possess a basic knowledge of enrollment management.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of professional, support, and student staff members in a highly effective and collaborative manner
- Sound judgment and demonstrated skills in problem solving, creating contingency plans, and handling emergencies.
- Firm understanding of web technologies, applications and analytics, including social networking, social media tools and current communication trends (including video and mobile).
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and initiative.
- Thorough knowledge of design, photography, production, and printing processes and programs (Including Adobe Suite)
- Possesses exceptionally strong writing, editing, proofreading and creative thinking skills.
- Ability and willingness to work effectively in a workplace that values diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to maintain confidentiality.
Other:
- Travel and work in off-campus settings is required.
- Irregular hours are required on a regular basis.
- High self-confidence and poise essential to position function.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Intermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, walking, and occasional moving of light objects. Work is performed in an office.
