Associate Creative Director

The Associate Creative Director generates innovative ideas that drive engagement and cultural impact for our clients. This role requires a social-first approach to creative ideation, a copywriting background, and a deep understanding of social media trends, digital storytelling, and content innovation.

The ACD collaborates closely with social media strategists and other creative resources to bring bold, culturally relevant, and breakthrough ideas to life. Oversees and ensures best-in-class creative while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the ideation and execution of highly engaging, platform-native campaigns, translating marketing objectives into engaging social-first ideas
• Partners with the account team and other creative resources to craft compelling creative strategies for various social media platforms with excellent judgment, instincts, and a sharp feel for the social media landscape
• Stays ahead of social media trends, platform evolutions, and emerging digital behaviors to inform campaign development
• Oversees production shoots and comes up with ideas for capturing content on the go
• Confidently presents creative ideas to clients
• Ensures all creative outputs are best-in-class according to the agency’s and the client’s standards
• Provides the highest level of client service by staying on top of deliverables, ensuring timely delivery, and supervising junior creative resources
• Drives organic growth and supports new business with ideation and content creation

Requirements

• A portfolio that would WOW us
• 5-7 years of work experience in a professional services firm – public relations, marketing, advertising, fields are preferred
• Social media experience is a must
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of marketing/client objectives as they apply to creative development
• Excellent project management skills. Ability to complete projects within assigned deadlines and budget
• Comfortable navigating complex situations and projects with a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
