HVAC Project Manager

Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the installation of HVAC and related mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, along with proven project management skills.
Position Title: HVAC Project ManagerSalary: $75K-$125K/year (experience dependent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate project progress.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project status and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC.
• Previous experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and project management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use personal vehicle for site visits, with mileage reimbursement provided.
• Willingness to travel to project sites within about an hour of Raleigh.

Compensation:

• Fuel/mileage reimbursement of approximately $500-$600 monthly for personal vehicle use.
