Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Cloud & SaaS Administration
- Manage and maintain existing and new SaaS solutions across the enterprise.
- Oversee user access, roles, and permissions for cloud platforms.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and scalability of SaaS applications.
- Monitor and enforce security policies, compliance, and data protection standards.
- Support SaaS contract management, licensing, and renewals.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Provide first and second-level support for SaaS-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Troubleshoot integration issues between SaaS platforms and on-premises applications.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to resolve performance or access issues.
SaaS Integration & Automation
- Assist in the integration of SaaS solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Identity Management).
- Support the development of automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work with business units to optimize SaaS applications to meet evolving requirements.
Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the main point of contact for SaaS-related inquiries and training.
- Document system configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide end-user training and guidance on cloud applications.
- Work closely with business teams to align SaaS functionalities with organizational needs.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with data security policies, GDPR, and IT governance frameworks.
- Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and system performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with the latest cloud technology trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and IT service management.
- Up to 5 years of overall experience, preferably including SaaS administration or Cloud IT operations.
- Familiarity with user provisioning, security policies, and identity management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (oral & written).
- Fulfilled Military Obligations (if applicable).
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred but not required):
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with integration tools (API, iPaaS, Identity Federation).
- ITIL Foundation Certification (a plus).
- Experience in a multinational industrial environment.
