The role is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth with an assigned portfolio on a key customer for the Mars Snacking Seasonal business. This role is expected to assemble and manage a high performing team of 3 account managers/analysts to achieve company, team objectives and individual business and personal objectives at customer. This role is expected to maintain strong relationships at the customer to best create and lead customer plans that deliver objectives of: revenue, growth, profit, product/assortment, placement/everyday shelving, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising. This role will work closely with internal and external partners to achieve these objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree

• 10 years of experience in CPG sales

• Experience working at a HQ/ Customer Marketing and Key Account Management experience (Large & Small)

• People Leadership experience managing 2 or more direct reports

• Demonstrated application of Category based selling

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Customer solutions for profitable sales growth for products/assortment, placement and everyday shelving and merchandising, pricing, promotion and seasonal merchandising are created and executed to achieve customer objectives, category leadership and company objectives

• Influence Customer to implement solutions through fact based presentations that deliver results that are beneficial for both customer and company.

• Developing talent and retaining talent, have talent ready for Customer team, sales organization and company

• Leverage insights of team members, data (data analyses, trends, etc.) and resources (internal sales, CD, etc.) to continually bring new growth ideas to Customer and company; incorporate in all customer solutions
