User Group Photography Assistant

We’re Looking For A: User Group Photography Assistant to support the team with before & after photo shoots for health, beauty and wellness products. This role encompasses assistance with pre-shoot preparations as well as post-shoot tasks, all aimed at maintaining seamless operations and achieving the production of top-tier imagery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in organizing and managing current and past digital media assets into individual User Group folders within Google Drive.
• Collaborate with the team to create a user-friendly digital portal for photo and video assets, claims, surveys, user data, and feedback.
• Ensure the portal is designed for easy access and navigation, facilitating efficient company-wide utilization.
• Assist in creating "Best Of" Before & After side-by-side compilations using existing templates.
• Ensure compilations adhere to company standards and effectively showcase the transformation achieved with User Group products.
• Assist in organizing and managing current and past digital media assets into individual User Group folders within Google Drive.
• Operate Capture One software during User Group photo shoots to queue up "Before" photos for the photographer.
• Name assets according to SOP guidelines and organize them in real-time, ensuring efficient tracking and management.
• Help organize and prepare products for photography, ensuring they are presented accurately and attractively.
• Collaborate with photographers and other team members to ensure the creative vision is achieved.
• Assist with post-production tasks such as sorting, editing, and organizing images.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the photography studio and equipment.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving processes and enhancing the quality of photography projects.

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• 1 year of experience assisting photographers, photo media management, managing and implementing digital assets systems 
• Strong proficiency with Capture One, strobe lighting, Canon/DSLR cameras and lenses and Google sheets
• Strong proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (lightroom and photoshop)
• Excellent data management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and people skills, attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team and individually.
• Strong ability to be self-motivated and deadline driven.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
