Blackstone Private Wealth was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone’s Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.  

Program Description

Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.

Job Description

Blackstone’s Private Wealth internship program is a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to gain exposure to aspects of the private wealth industry. The role is focused on supporting several areas of Private Wealth in capacities ranging from project management, learning and development, intelligence gathering and crafting global insights on client sentiment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting Private Wealth teams with key project-based initiatives focused on our growing, global organization
• Help drive strategic and operational initiatives within Private Wealth that focus on new projects and process optimization, from initial assessment through recommendation / implementation
• Support the management of multiple projects, keeping the team informed of their status and coordinating closely with colleagues across various business units
• Generate actionable business insights through in-depth analysis of key initiatives
• Analyzing business/market trends and providing targeted guidance

Qualifications

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. 

To be considered for the 2026 Summer Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.
• Resume must be in PDF format.
• While this position is open to all, Blackstone understands that Ukrainian law currently prevents male citizens ages 23-60 from leaving the country.
