Senior Engineering Manager

What you will be doing:

• Hiring backend engineers and full stack engineers to build a team in Budapest.
• Collaborating with engineering directors and other senior managers in Budapest and US to launch features.
• Growing the people on your team to help them achieve their career goals and objectives.
• Defining a multi-year product roadmap with your product manager and designers.
• Working closely with principal engineers and architects across the organization to shape the technology strategy.

Here is what you will need to know/have - the more is better:

• 5+ years of experience managing teams of 10 or more engineers.
• 10+ years of experience as a senior engineer or a tech lead in working on and shipping projects in backend, distributed systems, big data.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like javascript, react, angularJS etc.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience in AWS cloud or other cloud platforms.
