Position Overview 

The P4 Associate Director – Employer Training & External Engagement Operations builds and strengthens Lilly’s Employer Business-to-Business (B2B) selling capability by leading Employer training development and delivery, incorporating outsidein insights, and ensuring consistent, compliant field execution.  

 

The ideal candidate should be passionate about building a bestinclass Employer capability and motivated by the opportunity to shape how Lilly prepares and equips teams to engage employers at scale. They should bring a strong learning and enablement mindsetskilled at translating complex concepts into simple, practical training and tools that drive measurable improvements in field execution and employer decision outcomes. 

 

They should be an innovative learning designer, applying modern, outsidein approaches to strengthen capability building, accelerate performance, and ensure training is grounded in realworld B2B selling, the employer ecosystem and the Lilly employer strategy. The ideal candidate should also be a highimpact facilitator and coach, capable of delivering engaging virtual and live experiences that help field teams adopt new behaviors with confidence and consistency.  

 

Key Deliverables 

  • Employer training curriculum, roadmap, and reinforcement plan  

  • High quality, compliant training content and approval packages  

  • Consistent pull-through of Employer strategy, tools, and capabilities  

  • Improvements in field readiness, capability adoption, and overall execution quality 

  • Excellence in execution of peer-to-peer, Congress, and external engagement operations  

  • Integrated Employer field team calendar and coordination processes  

 

Key Responsibilities 

Capability Building, Content Development & Training Execution 

  • Lead outsidein benchmarking to identify best practices in B2B selling, adult learning, enablement, and employerfocused capabilities.
