Are you a passionate HR professional who desires to make a real difference in the world of Talent Management? Look no further! We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Talent Management to join our Global Talent Management Team and help us shape the future of our organization

As a Sr. Specialist - Global Talent Management & Projects, You Create Chemistry By...

• Preparing, analyzing, and facilitating Global Talent Community Meetings to enable the development of our Talents.
• Co-creating and developing our strategic Integrated Talent Management concept and processes. This includes applying continuous improvement principles and leveraging Talent analytics to identify the right measures and KPIs to achieve our strategic targets.
• Redesigning, implementing, and maintaining our PM (Performance Materials) Academy.
• Managing our PM Mentoring Program to enable the development of talents and networking within our organization by bringing Mentees and Mentors together for exchange.
• Leading the implementation and evolution of the BASF principles in PM to support building capability through CORE and other initiatives which require OD specific action.
• This position is for someone with a creative side, who is not afraid to bring new ideas and perspectives to the table. You can expect a variety of responsibilities that range from operational tasks to managing OD wide projects with a level of ambiguity and innovation to challenge processes and approaches.

If you have...

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in operational HR roles such as HR Business Partner.
• Strong project management and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to design and implement sustainable concepts and processes.
• Proven ability to navigate core responsibilities and projects with a firm understanding of business context, organizational awareness, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• The candidate should possess effective communication skills in English, with knowledge of German being a plus.
