Cluster Lead/Research Manager - Health

Trilateral Research have a fantastic opportunity for a Research Manager - Health to join our Innovation & Research Team. As Research Manager you will build and lead the growth and development of the Trilateral I&R health cluster through strategy, business development and training, overseeing and contributing to the delivery of multiple projects, creating research-driven impact and representing the cluster internally and externally. The successful candidate will also lead Trilateral work on privacy, data protection, social and ethical compliance in a Horizon Europe health project.

What are your responsibilities?

• Build and demonstrate a proven area of subject matter expertise in the health sector.
• Contribute to revenue goals and lead business development in line with company strategy and manage the health cluster’s overall revenue performance, administration and maximise budgetary resources.
• Oversee the development and operational implementation of the health cluster in line with company strategy.
• Manage and support the professional growth of a team of I & R researchers.
• Oversee and contribute to the effective and timely delivery of multiple projects.
• Build and oversee the cluster’s research-driven impact, demonstrate innovation in practice, though publication, funding and research outputs.

Required education and experience

Essential:

• PhD or equivalent experience, e.g., in health, biological sciences, medical sciences, personalized medicine, infectious diseases, health care systems, ethics/data protection in health sciences.
• Team leadership and management experience
• Coordination/management of multiple projects
• Proven track record building relationships with internal and external clients

Desirable:

• Experience in delivering a range of research outputs
