Job Summary 

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and part of the commercial team, the Sr. Market Access Brand Manager is responsible for managing upstream and downstream market access marketing activities for all branded portfolios. You'll focus on launching and managing brands, establishing a long-term market access product strategy, developing and executing market access marketing materials and campaigns across multiple channels to the HCP audience. This role will be instrumental in working closely with their market access team, developing content and materials, will attend various industry tradeshows in the ophthalmic space.

 

 

Position Responsibilities 

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to compliantly execute critical initiatives.
  • Leads payer, patient service, and access pre- and -post launch marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with the market access team and brand managers to align appropriate compliant payer materials, formulary dossiers, and copay card development and distribution.
  • Develop payer presentations working closely with Sales Operations and Market Access to ensure appropriate and accurate information is included.
  • Maintains up-to-date product and industry knowledge by regular review of the literature, co-traveling with field sales personnel, and attending local conferences.
  • Manage HUB relationship, policy updates, and formulary reporter for the branded products
  • Manage all market access information on all branded websites
  • Work with Promotional Review Committee (PRC) to submit and ensure materials are appropriately put through regulatory approvals, including 2253 submission, before dissemination.
  • Utilize relevant data from MMIT, IQVIA and existing CRM (Salesforce) to drive new initiatives, track progress, and report results.
  • Communicate frequently with field sales reps to help build effective sales tools in the field.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders. 
  • Develop effective campaigns in coordination with the Brand Managers and Market Access and provide performance metrics.
  • Stay positive and solution-focused and suggest product improvements and innovation.
