The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

RTX has an opening for a Facilities Manager, FM Projects Regional Transformational Lead – Americas West (Manager, Facilities) position.

The Regional Transformation Lead is responsible for driving the successful implementation of standardized processes, playbooks, and solutions developed by the Facilities Management Center of Excellence (FM COE).

This role ensures consistent execution across the region by enabling effective change management, delivering communications and training, and building a culture of continuous improvement. The Regional Transformation Lead serves as the primary connection between regional and site level teams, and the COE, ensuring new processes are adopted, understood, and continuously refined through feedback. 

 

What You Will Do:

  • Standardization & Implementation 
  • ·   Lead regional deployment of FM Projects COE standards, playbooks, workflows, and technology solutions. 
  • ·    Partner with project managers, facility leads, and service providers to embed new processes into daily operations. 
  • ·    Monitor adherence, effectiveness, and performance of implemented standards across the region. 
  • Change Management & Communications 
  • ·     Develop and execute change management plans to support smooth adoption of new processes and tools. 
  • ·        Deliver clear and consistent communications to regional stakeholders around upcoming changes, expectations, timelines, and value. 
  • ·         Identify barriers to change and coordinate corrective actions with regional leaders and the COE. 
  • Training & User Enablement 
  • ·     Conduct training sessions for new and existing users on FM Projects COE processes, systems, and playbooks. 
  • ·        Provide ongoing support and reinforcement to ensure process mastery and successful implementation. 
  • ·         Create simple, accessible materials that enhance user understanding and adoption. 
  • Continuous Improvement & Feedback Culture 
  • ·   Maintain regular follow-up with users to confirm adoption and identify improvement opportunities. 
  • ·     Establish feedback loops that capture regional insights and communicate them back to the COE. 
  • ·       Support root-caus
