Job Title: Adjunct Head Girls Golf Coach – Upper School

Position Overview:

The Bolles School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic coach to lead our Upper School Girls Golf program. This is a seasonal position ideal for someone who is passionate about working with student athletes and helping them grow both on and off the course.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and lead golf practices throughout the season
• Provide individual and group instruction on golf fundamentals, techniques, and strategy
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture
• Manage match and tournament preparation, including player lineups and coordination with venues
• Communicate regularly with student-athletes, families, and school staff
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members
• Adhere to school policies and FHSAA rules and regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience playing or coaching golf, preferably at the high school level or beyond
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A student-first, character-driven coaching philosophy
• Availability for afternoon practices and competitions, including some weekends
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to the season)
