Strategic Technology Architect (m/f/d)

What you'll do

• In this role you will create and refine a business-aligned capability model that integrates seamlessly within an end-to-end architectural framework to support strategic objectives
• You will provide insights to functional leaders based on current market trends and industry best practices; align business capabilities with enterprise architecture (EA) frameworks and recommend appropriate technologies to achieve a cohesive architecture
• While guiding functional leaders in aligning business and IT strategies effectively you will ead and mentor a team of solution architects in their specific domains
• To ensure alignment with corporate objectives and measurable outcomes, you will collaborate in the creation of strategic business and value propositions for global solutions
• You will actively support change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes, while working closely with key stakeholders across business units, IT, and support functions

Who you are

• You have a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Physics, or a related field, combined with several years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or Lead Architect specifically in Manufacturing IT/OT and Industry 4.0 environments
• By your deep understanding of the Manufacturing Processing Industry and current trends in Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and Mining you enable effective strategy development and implementation
• With proven expertise in enterprise architecture, you encompass technology, information, data, security, infrastructure, and integration comes along with strong IT/OT architecture and infrastructure skills
• You demonstrated proficiency in change management and communication, with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) round up your profile, along with fluency in English; additional proficiency in German is a valuable asset
