The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a National Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Achieving or exceeding annual sales plans for The Home Depot key account for all 3M business
• Consulting with leadership team to set and execute long-term strategic direction and operating plans for an enterprise business relationship
• Managing the business through POS analysis and category management practices
• Developing high level account relationships across the full enterprise including executive leadership, merchandising, replenishment, marketing, and store operations
• Providing guidance along with accurate and timely projections across all disciplines: sales, pricing, growth budgets, indirect spending, accounts receivables and unplanned activities

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) years of Key Account Management and/or Leading Channel Sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Three (3) years' experience with Excel, PowerBI, Powerpoint
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• MBA Degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Seven (7) years of Key Account Management and/or Leading Channel Sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Five (5) years of Home Improvement sector account experience
• Experience managing P&L
• Advanced analytical experience with category management/data analytics

Work location:

• Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, GA)

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
