Each engineer is assigned a series of rotations to provide engineering support to specific parts of the business. This rotation also provides an opportunity for development and career advancement.</span></p> </div><p><strong></strong></p><div> <p><br/></p><p><strong>Our Rotational Program</strong></p> <p>Engineers progress through discipline-based rotations supporting the different refinery units and process/mechanical systems onsite. Anticipated timeframe within the Plant Engineering group is roughly one (1) year with rotations in process/operations engineering.
