We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner, US/CAN to shape and drive the HR strategy for our food and industrial ingredients business for US and Canada.
As the HR Business Partner, US/CAN, you will partner with business leaders to craft and execute strategic priorities including talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and change management. Advise and coach business leaders on driving organizational values and culture. Lead, support and guide HR Business colleagues to ensure delivery of HR programs. The HRBP will partner with the respective segments/function leadership teams within USCAN geographies.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
Actively consult and provide solutions related to workforce, talent, and organizational matters to business leaders
Develop forward-thinking solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategies
Provide leadership over HR projects and drive workforce and talent strategic plans
Advise on the design and implementation of HR programs, ensuring they remain relevant to the business supported
Champion the organizational values and culture while coaching and developing business leaders
Identify business needs and lead organizational change initiatives
Partner with resources from the Centers of Excellence to implement HR solutions that meet the distinctive challenges of the business
What you will bring (Experience & knowledge):
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resource management or similar
10+ years of work experience in HR and 5+ as HR business partner
Ability to travel within the region up to 5-10% of the time
