Position Summary
The Perioperative Coordinator- Regional is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of a wide and diverse range of pediatric and adult surgical and specialty/joint replacement procedures in adherence with CMS regulations and HIPAA compliance standards. Collaborates with Perioperative Directors, Clinic Managers and their staff to accurately complete scheduling of patients within tertiary and ambulatory operative settings. Adheres to standardized practices across multiple modalities of source communication, first point of contact for issue resolution, seen as subject matter expert on electronic scheduling systems all while performing exceptional customer service.Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical or medical office setting, using thorough knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience coordinating schedules
- Experience in Epic OpTime or Operating Room environment is highly preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $26.60 - $40.48 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
