Now.  </p><p></p><p><b>Be you, join us</b>. </p><p></p><p><b>Role Overview:</b></p><p>We are seeking a Senior COBOL Developer with strong expertise in developing and maintaining mission-critical, enterprise-grade applications on IBM z/OS Mainframe systems. The successful candidate will have deep experience working with online applications under CICS, as well as a proven track record in performance optimization within high-volume environments.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical, enterprise-grade COBOL online applications under CICS that interact with VSAM datasets and Db2 databases.</p></li><li><p>Analyze and improve complex mainframe programs, with a focus on functionality, efficient data access and throughput.</p></li><li><p>Create and optimize SQL queries and access paths for Db2 to support high-performance transactions and online processing.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with system architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.</p></li><li><p>Support and troubleshoot production issues related to data access, functionality, performance, and online execution.</p></li><li><p>Document technical designs, workflows, and system configurations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>7+ years of experience developing COBOL applications on IBM z/OS Mainframe.</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise in online applications under CICS</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise with VSAM (KSDS, ESDS, RRDS) and Db2 (SQL, DCLGEN, BIND/REBIND).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with tools such as File-AID, IBM Debug Tool/Expeditor, Endevor, and SPUFI/DSNTEP2.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What’s in it for you?</b> </p><ul><li><p>Earn <b>competitive total compensation</b> and receive comprehensive country-specific medical and other benefits.</p></li><li><p>Enjoy time and location flexibility with our <b>Hybrid Working Model, </b>which allows a remote workshare of up to 60%.  Work anywhere in your country or abroad for up to 10 days per year.</p></li><li><p>Set yourself up for success in your new role by upgrading your home office space using your one-time hybrid work payment.
