Senior Production Specialist

What You Will Do:

• Enters production data accurately into the warehouse management system
• Inspects incoming materials, reports damages and discrepancies for accounting and record-keeping purposes
• Tracks departmental data and generates applicable reports as needed
• Recommends, implements, and promotes measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions to minimize downtime. Follows TPM/continuous improvement principles
• Proactively communicates maintenance needs, quality issues or other situations that impact safety, quality, or productivity to the appropriate functional/department leader
• Assists in training teammates
• Communicates verbally and/or in writing with others
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Travels to US 51 (Commercial Road facility) when needed and walks to bottle warehouse.
• Performs other duties as assigned
   

Position Details:

• Plant location: Huntington, IN
• Work week and shift: M-F 7a-3:30p
• Compensation:  $25.00 / hour
   

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Previous SAP experience
• Previous experience inspecting incoming materials

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Collaborative and team-orientated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Good time-management and communication skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 / hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
