What you will do...

  • Develop relationships across technology and business functions to collaborate and coordinate the successful delivery of key technology initiatives
  • Simultaneously handle and/or supervise large, long-range, or multiple complex technology projects involving operational transformations and/or solution implementations
  • Drive and own Technology project delivery from original concept through execution and transition to operations
  • Define project charter (who, what, when, why, how, where, how much) and drive awareness, responsibility, and accountability amongst partners and team members (including contractors and vendors)
  • Own the documentation and management of key project artifacts (e.g., process and solution architecture, charters, work plan, resource plan, stakeholder maps, change plans, budget plan, data analysis, comms plans, RAID and status, trackers, etc); ensure all artifacts are developed with quality, reviewed for completeness, updated as necessary, and stored for reference
  • Incorporate organization change management principles to handle the impacts of projects on technology and business functions; including impact analysis, change plan, communications plan, training plan, rollout plans, etc
  • Use critical thinking skills to independently analyze, break down and resolve non-routine problems
  • Use Agile methodology and Jira SDLC tool knowledge to lead team efforts within and across projects, including work assignments, progress, burn rates, and daily standups
  • Leverage strong common project tools skills to create and lead project work, communications, and deliverables (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Jira, Smartsheets, etc)
  • Contribute to the Technology PMO continuous improvement efforts, standards feedback/piloty/usage, and other key initiatives as needed

What skillsets contribute to your success...

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with cross-functional technology workstreams and at least 3+ years of large program management involvement delivering complex and cross-functional business-driven technology projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 suite, Jira, Google Suite, and Smartsheets
  • Proficient in standard services within typical Infrastructure, Security, and End User technology functions
  • Experienced leading technology and business teams in planning, managing and executing project/program efforts
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including being able to prioritize, communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to thrive—and remain calm—under pressure.
  • Superior and independent critical thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with constantly evolving priorities and a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work independently in an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal direction
  • BA/BS 4-year degree or significant related business experience
