As a Java Developer you will design and build software applications and services. You will work in a multi-national team on various software products, in an agile environment. You will be a part of multi-disciplinary team and collaborate closely with DevOps and Product teams.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in backend development using Java (Spring / Spring Boot)
Strong expertise in core Java internals (reflection, threads, object lifecycle, connection/thread pools etc.)
Solid experience with MongoDB and / or other NoSQL databases, including data modeling for high scale applications
Hands-on experience designing and building scalable, cloud-native distributed systems in production environments
Proven experience working within the AWS ecosystem
Experience handling high-throughput, data intensive workloads with a focus on performance, reliability and scalability
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs and event driven systems
Experience developing systems that ingest and process large volume of real-time or near real-time data
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration in a global team
Nice to Haves
B.Sc. (or M.Sc.) in Computer Science or Computer/SW Engineering
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
Experience working with IoT devices
Experience working with streaming and messaging systems
Experience with CI / CD methodology
