Consultant / Senior Consultant - Operations Management Consulting - Europe

This role is remote / home-based from one of the following locations: UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal or Belgium.

What will you do?

• Work as an integral member of client engagement project teams executing complex tasks and leading work streams
• Contribute to sales by producing high-quality proposals, and solutions design as well as participating in client business development meetings
• Analyse operational processes, operational management efficiency, performance improvement potentials in safety, operational excellence and/or environmental sustainability
• Actively engage with clients through meetings, and interviews and will be trusted to work directly with the client to implement effective solutions
• Analyse data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions and lead the development of high quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements
• Conduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis, DILOS
• Design and provide training/coaching/workshops at client sites
• Drive performance improvements by assisting client management teams in adjusting its governance.

Requirements

Who are you?

• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering / EHS / Business
• You will ideally have 5+ years prior experience in established consulting firms as well as experience gained within industry
• You will have knowledge in relevant industries or practice areas such as operational excellence/operational risk/safety/Sustainability
• Experienced of working as part of diverse and remote teams of consultants and have a track record of achieving business and client objectives
• You are bilingual or native in French and English (a third European language is a significant advantage)
• You have excellent analytical and formalization skills; quantitative and qualitative analysis
  
• You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
