Job Description:

The Mechanical Engineer delivers force-level integrated and interoperable engineering solutions, mission critical control systems, and associated testing and training technologies. These systems provide Maritime Domain Awareness support to operational Fleet and shore-based activities. These capabilities provide support for the U.S. Navy ships and shore sites, Coast Guard, Joint, Allied, Coalition Forces; and evolving Expeditionary Warfare systems. 

Requirements

Education/Professional Certifications:

Bachelor's level degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

Seven (7) years of full-time professional experience in engineering.

Security Clearances: 

Secret required

Security Clearance:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation including but not limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
